• Avoid touching your face to help prevent the spread of COVID19.
  

• Avoid the three Cs: crowded places, close-contact settings and limit time in confined and  enclosed spaces.

• Keep a distance of at least 1 metre from others to limit the spread of coronavirus.
  

• Regularly disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces to help prevent coronavirus transmission.
  

• Isolate yourself from others if feeling unwell and seek care, if needed.
